The house itself, consists of a comfortable living area, a separate kitchen and two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There are two bathrooms with showers, as well as an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off the excess sand. A covered terrace surrounds the house, and there is a covered bar area at the entrance, which is perfect for enjoying cocktails, while watching the sun setting over neighbouring Antiparos. There is a dining table and chairs on the terrace for mealtimes.. To Gen Kyo Apartment for 2 persons is next to the house of the owners, and separated by a partition, to provide privacy. The apartment consists of a homely living/kitchen area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. There is a private seating area outside , as well as an outdoor shower. Petaloudes is 10 minutes drive from Parikia, where you can walk through the white-washed alleys which are lines with shops , cafes and restaurants. There are many beaches to choose from on Paros, but the closest beaches are at Agia Irini, or Pounda, around 3 km from the accommodation. At Pounda there is a kite surfing facility.
